Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Six (6), Township One Hundred Fifty-Eight (158), Range Fifty-Six (56), excepting the Great Northern Railroad right-of-way across the same; and, any land lying East of said railroad right-of-way.

Bid Procedure: Bidding will be held online on August 6, 2024. Bidding will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bids should be in the total amount and not per acre. The right is reserved to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
